The Help desk user role grants the following permissions:

- Accessing and viewing dashboard information

- Deleting users

- Resetting passwords for users

- Verifying token OTPs

- Resetting tokens

- Sending users token information for provisioning

- Generating temporary OTPs from tokens for users

- Synchronizing tokens

- Sending test SMS and calls
