What happens when I run out of user licenses with SurePassID ?

When you surpass the limit of enabled users in your account, a message will appear in the SurePassID portal to notify you.

To add more user licenses, simply send an email to your dedicated Customer Success Manager, or send an email to helpdesk@surepassid.com. We will gladly assist you in discussing the cost for adding additional licenses.
