Can I access previously sent seed files for my tokens?

As part of our overall security policy, our token seed secure handling policy is designed to minimize risk to our Clients and to SurePassID. In short, once we securely deliver the seed file to the Client's designated recipient and confirm a token test has been performed to verify the successful functionality, we permanently delete all references of the seed information from any and all systems, emails, and offline storage devices/data vaults, etc..

Unfortunately, we do not have the seeds you requested for the security policy and reasons described above.

You may be able to find your seed file via the person that received it if you have an internal policy to store those files in an offline data vault.

Please submit a support ticket through the Customer Portal if you are requesting a Certificate (Affidavit) of Token Seed File Destruction.
