      For an activated soft token, how can we access the QR code again?

      To reveal the QR code for an already activated soft token, you have several options:

      • SurePassID can provide a data base query to allow it to reappear.
      • You can reset the token in the admin console, which will show the QR code again.

      The QR code disappears after an OTP has been validated and a token has been provisioned for the first time, which is best practice for security purposes. This prevents anyone from attempting to clone the soft token and use it for illicit access.
