Why am I receiving an error when sending a push notification?
This error "Error sending push authentication request. Your account is not setup for push authentication or error has occurred. Please contact your administrator for assistance." is received when attempting to send a push authentication to a mobile device.
To solve this issue, please check the web.config to confirm that the following line is present:
<add key="Server.PushServerEndPoint" value="https://ps1.surepassid.com/REST/server.aspx" />
Also note that to resolve this error, the user's account must also have:
1) Push authentication enabled SurePassID Mobile Token in their account
2) Previously added the SurePassID Authenticator to their phone
