SurePassID VLE
How do I get my new phone to work with SurePassID?
When you get a new phone and restore your apps from the old phone, the SurePassID tokens won't work. To fix this, you have two options. You can reset the existing tokens in the portal, delete them from the new phone, and then add them again. Alternatively, you can create a new token and add it to the new phone. It's important to note that transferring tokens from one phone to another using the backup/restore functions is not allowed. As a first step, make sure to delete the restored tokens from the app on the new phone.
