Within the SurePassID Authentication Server (SPAS), there are Admin and Super Admin roles and this article decribes the different roles.
In the SPAS system, there are different tenants, and each tenant can have admin role accounts that have complete access to that specific tenant. These accounts, however, do not have access to any other tenants within the SPAS server.
On the other hand, Super Admins have access to all the tenants in the SPAS system. They have the authority to create, modify, and delete tenants, as well as all the components within the system, directly from the portal interface.
Super Admin accounts can be designated in any tenant within the system. Regardless of which tenant is chosen to define them, Super Admins will have unrestricted access to all the tenants in the SPAS.
Starting from Release 23.1 and onwards, any modifications performed by a Super Admin will be thoroughly tracked and recorded in both the Super Admin's account and the corresponding tenant account that was updated. This auditing process ensures transparency and accountability for all actions carried out by Super Admins within the SPAS system.
