What Active Directory password reset options do I have when using SurePassID MFA for Windows logon?

SurePassID works seamlessly with popular Windows password reset solutions such as Adaxes, ManageEngine, Netwirx, and others. While these providers offer basic two-factor authentication features, they can be enhanced to require SurePassID's multi-factor authentication (MFA) for added security methods such as password reset and phishing-resistant MFA during the password reset process.

SurePassID Windows Logon Manager (WLM) has seamless integration with Adaxes. When Adaxes is properly installed, configured, and its policies are applied to a Windows workstation secured by WLM, the password reset option from Adaxes will be readily available as a link for end users.  In addition to this convenience, Password reset can be configured to require SurePassID MFA as an added layer of security.
