Why do I receive a 9000 error on the mobile app when I scan the QR code for a SurePassID Authenticator token?

The 9000 error may occur in the following situations:

1. If you do not have an API key that allows OTA provisioning, you can resolve this issue by updating the API key to enable OTA provisioning and then asking the user to rescan the QR code.

2. If the token provision date has expired for the token being downloaded, you can fix this problem by updating the token expiration date to a valid future date or by resetting the token.

3. If the token is not assigned to anyone, simply assign the token to the user and request them to rescan the QR code.

4. If the token has already been provisioned, you can resolve this by resetting the token and having the user rescan the QR code.
