Why am I receiving "“Error sending passcode. Please contact your system administrator for assistance.” error?

This error Error sending passcode. Please contact your system administrator for assistance. is received when sending passcodes (OTP) to users.

In April, we upgraded our Twilio support to (1) use the new Twilio endpoints (old ones were no longer reliable) and (2) support the new Twilio API that has a high throughput.

SurePassID cloud was updated with this fix with the April 14th update.

If you are using SurePassID on-prem or private cloud, you will need to apply the April 14th update to your existing system for Twilio to function properly. If you upgrade to release 23.1, these improvements are already incorporated.
