Do I have to create new Application Keys (API) when upgrading to Release 23?

No, your current credential information will be automatically converted to a new Application Key with a preconfigured set of permissions that are typically sufficient for most companies. However, it is advisable to log into the SurePassID portal and review your permissions to determine if any additional permissions are required for your custom applications.

If your application receives error codes 9131 or 9000 (when scanning a mobile token), it means that there is a missing permission. To resolve this issue, you will need to grant the necessary permission for your application to function properly. The SurePassID audit trail will provide you with information on the specific permission that needs to be added to your Application Key in order for your application to start working again.
